Terms & Conditions of Use

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) set out the legal framework governing access to, and use of, the website located at www.pass-lux.com (the “Site”), which is published and operated by Luxorium Ltd, a UK company limited by shares, registered under company number 16442964 and having its registered office at 85 Great Portland Street, First Floor, W1W 7LT London (the “Company” or “Publisher”). By accessing or using the Site you (“User”) agree to be bound by these Terms and by all applicable laws of England and Wales.

Content All information made available on the Site, including, without limitation, text, graphics, photographs, audio, video, trademarks, service marks, logos, data compilations and software. Services The features, information, e-commerce facilities, social-sharing tools and any other services that the Company makes available via the Site. User Any natural person aged 18 or above, or any duly constituted legal entity, that accesses or uses the Site or the Services, whether or not registered.
